Shipping and Returns
APO/FPO SHIPPING TERMS
Urban Engravings does offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Some shipments may take as long as 60 days to reach your location. Please note there are some exceptions to what can ship APO/FPO. Many shippers will limit the size, weight, and number of items that can ship APO/FPO.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
Urban Engravings does not offer international shipping at this time.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY TERMS
Urban Engravings does not guarantee delivery times and cannot refund shipping charges/fees when late delivery results from events beyond our control. These reasons include delays from the unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPPING TERMS
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, if they are not picked up from the freight carrier, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 1 week to be sorted and processed. We will not be responsible for shipping charges to reship returned items.
MISSING/RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS
Please report any missing or incorrectly shipped item by contacting us within 7 days (1 week) of your delivery date.
If your order is not delivered to your address as expected from the shipping company, please contact us immediately. Our team will contact that shipping company and prompt a claim on your order to be started. This process can take 7-10 business days to be completed and the results of the investigation will be sent to Urban Engravings for review and for the next steps in replacing your order or discussing other options in the event a claim is denied by the shipping company.
We package all item(s) by the guidelines set forth by the shipping company. In case of a damaged item please contact Urban Engravings within 7 days (1 week) of the delivery date. We will reship the damaged item(s) after the damaged claim is processed with the shipping company. Please keep all packaging materials for damaged shipments. The shipping company will inspect the packaging materials for processing of the damage claim.
After your order is placed, it will be shipped by team within 1-2 business day. In some cases, your order can be shipped shortly after it is placed. Due to the short time between an order being placed and processed, it may not be possible to make changes or cancellations to the order. Once your order is invoiced and shipped, you will receive confirmation emails with links to track your order.

Because each personalized item is custom made to each customer's unique specifications, we cannot accept returns for these items. However if your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, notify us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a pre-paid return label and replace it at no cost. In some cases, we can accept a photo of the issue rather than requiring a return.
